subject: ANOTHER MUTUAL TRANSACTION
How are you doing my friend?

I brought you another interesting transaction which you must handle with utmost seriousness. My sick patient in Germany wishes to establish orphanage homes in his name outside his country. The sum of 24,793.15 BTC is currently in his wallet, I can send you confirmation of his recent transactions.

Let me know if you are capable of handling this transaction because 24,793.15 BTC is almost $800M USD, such amount can easily go through sender's wallet to receiver's wallets to purchase massive acres for the building of my patients desired orphanage home, he promised to visit the projects when you commence it.

Regards,
Dr Ricardo J. Salvador, M.D.
Medical Consultant, Surgeon.
