Has someone emailed you offering you a loan with too good to be true terms and no credit checks? It is a scam.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your response.

I represent an investment and real estate development company, a private investment and loan company with the financial capacity to finance any type of project in any business sector. We lend to companies and individual projects. In certain cases, we can also provide direct loans for Startups and Midcap companies.

Do you have any business plan or any idea on a good lucrative business sector to invest in your country which would be of benefit to the both of us? Be rest assured that we would be willing to adequately provide the required funds needed to execute any investment plan suggested by you. In moving forward, kindly forward your business plan and executive summary for our review and consideration.

I look forward to hearing from you on any investment plan.

Sincerely,

Edward Stone
