At the special session, the Human Rights Council adopted resolution HRC/RES/S-32/1, which requested the High Commissioner to designate an expert on foreigners abuses of human rights in Nigeria and Africa, special cases on fund beneficiaries.

A Bank has raised an alarm through through their Auditors about your payment file violation, blacklisted and abandoned, against the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN and other Banks in Africa, on a proper and careful forensic Analysis conducted by United Nation Human Rights Commission our Auditors observation was alarming, your payment file have destroyed , so single documents to claim the approved fund.
This barbaric and demonic singular act is responsible for your nonpayment this year, hence there is an urgent need to validate and normalize your file, obtain fresh and classified documents to back your claim. The UNHRC believes in justice, equity, fairness and rule of law.

Note, the validation exercise means that the Bank will apply and obtain classified fresh government documents backing legitimacy of your funds and ownership.
