Hi, Greetings of the day!

My name is Dr Thomas Kohler, I am an independent external auditor for the World Bank Foreign Banks handling the Debt Management Office.

I have in front of me a canceled and abandoned Atm payment file in your name. The file shows that you have correctly made an application to have your funds transferred to you. It is also clearly noted on the file that one Mr. Jose V Lim submitted a letter purportedly written by you for a change in the receiving bank account in favor of Mr. Lim. The letter stated that you contracted Covid 19 thereby appointed Mr. Jose Lim to receive the funds on your behalf.

Please your affirmative response in regards to this letter is critically needed in order to enable us to proceed with relevant actions. We want to be sure that only the rightful beneficiary will have direct control/access over his fund as we do not want to release funds to an imposter.

I have perfected plans to have these funds transferred to you within the next 48hrs upon approval. Upon your response confirming your Name, Bank Details, Telephone, and ID, I will give you final directives and the reason why you haven't received your funds.

Confidentiality is to be 100% at all times.

Regards,

Dr Thomas Kohler
