Has someone emailed you offering you a loan with too good to be true terms and no credit checks? It is a scam.

Greetings!

We are offering quick, collateral-free financing for economically viable projects and/or businesses of all sizes, including startup projects and existing businesses.

If you are seeking funding for a specific shovel-ready project, you will be funded at 3% principal annual interest.

If you would like to collaborate with us as a middleman/facilitator, you will earn a one-time 2% ("Success Fee") of the value of every successful loan or project financing deal facilitated by you.

Our loan is special in case you want to receive money. Please get in touch if this is of interest to you for further details.

Regards,
CFO
The emails that I post here are all unsolicited emails that have been received in my personal email. Many are outright scams, others are from dodgy companies that think it is acceptable to send spam emails.
