usd which was handed over to me by the federal government because of
this Covid pandemic , this consignment box has been here with me for a
long time now and a man named Mr Oscar come to my office
yesterdayi afternoon and complain that you’re died in a car accident
and you give him the power in the hospital bed to clam this funds as
your next of kin and he wanting to pay for the delivery of the package
