With regards to my previous message to you, my name is Barrister Bennett Jonathan, I write to bring to your notice about your abandoned fund with the BMO bank of , Canada, the fund in question is $8.5 Million, your file was brought to my office on the 5th of December 2023 for immediate divert of the said fund to the Canada government treasury account as an unclaimed inheritance fund simply because you were not able to meet up with the required documentation inducement charges, I was informed that you have abandoned the fund in question for several years without showing any signs of interest to claim the fund, but after going through your file I decided to make my findings too before any steps to sign the divert of the fund to government treasury, the first step I took was to send a message to you so I could hear from you to know if actually you deliberately abandoned the fund, it's very obvious that no right thinking person will abandon such amount of fund for any reason.

I requested that they should give me couple of days to make my findings to know why you have abandoned the fund before I can sign off the fund to government treasury, on this note, I need your urgent response to explain to me the reasons why you have abandoned the fund, and are you still interested in getting your fund?, If yes then you have to get back to me as urgent as possible so I can work on my part to help you out.
