The UN Human Rights Council GENEVA (12 January 2023) held a special mission in Africa to discuss the implications of the human rights situation, abuses in the continent. At the special session, the Human Rights Council adopted resolution HRC/RES/S-32/1, which requested the High Commissioner to designate an expert on human rights in Nigeria and Africa, special cases on foreign fund beneficiaries.
