bank account details, and give us reasons why you decided to effect
the change in your bank account before your payment will be affected
to avoid any remittance in error to a beneficiary.

Kindly get back to this committee with immediate effect otherwise we
shall consider the request for the change of account as genuinely
authorized by your good self, and we shall be left with no other
option than to carry out the transfer to the nominated account
